Refund Policy

Packs (Essentials and Pro)

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded your pack. At checkout you agree that delivery of digital content begins when your pack is generated and downloaded, and that the statutory right to withdraw then ends.

If something in your pack is wrong or doesn't work, email info@treora.ie and we will fix it. If we can't, we will refund you.

Annual Updates

You can cancel at any time and it will not renew. If you are charged for a renewal and haven't used it, email us within 14 days for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email info@treora.ie with your order email address, or reply to your receipt from Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who processes all refunds.
